Nearly two decades of shared craftsmanship

The partnership between Jordi Roca and the Marcè family dates back to 2006, when the pastry chef began working with the farm’s sheep’s milk to create the celebrated Dairy Dessert served at El Celler de Can Roca.
Since then, both have shared the same philosophy: respect for origin, artisan production and continuous innovation. Their latest collection brings part of Roca’s creative universe to everyday consumers while maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. The products will be sold exclusively through Bonpreu and Esclat, reinforcing the commitment to locally made food with genuine gastronomic value.
A new take on an iconic Catalan dessert
The standout addition is the Creamy Crema Catalana Yogurt, an original reinterpretation of one of Catalonia’s most beloved desserts.
During fermentation, the yogurt is infused with lemon peel, cinnamon and natural vanilla, allowing the flavours to develop naturally before being completed with a caramel layer reminiscent of freshly torched Crema Catalana. According to Jordi Roca, the idea was to reverse the usual creative process: instead of turning yogurt into a dessert, transform a classic dessert into a fresh yogurt designed for everyday enjoyment.
Signature flavours beyond tradition
The collection also introduces Creamy Bergamot Yogurt and Creamy Mediterranean Pine Néctum Yogurt, joining the already available Sheep’s Milk Curd with Guava and Dulce de Leche, inspired by the iconic Dairy Dessert served at El Celler de Can Roca.
Bergamot brings elegant citrus aromas, while the Mediterranean pine néctum, crafted from young pine cones, delivers resinous and balsamic notes that evoke the Mediterranean forest, a recurring inspiration in Roca’s pastry creations. Together, Peralada Mas Marcè and Jordi Roca continue to make haute pâtisserie more accessible without compromising artisan quality, authenticity or local sourcing.
